BCP is a contingency plan to be implemented in case of emergencies such as natural disasters in order to facilitate the earliest possible recovery of business functions under abnormal situations and to contribution to the wellbeing of employees, customers and local communities.

    Earthquake, Tsunami

    e.g. Public issuance of Tokai Earthquake Advisory. Earthquakes of “intensity 5 ” and higher.

    Typhoon, Flooding

    e.g. Public issuance of Evacuation Advisory. Expectance of some kind of hindrance caused by typhoons in the Tokai area such as difficulty in commuting to/from work or other obstacle to normal business operations.
